I sold my ayala condo upon the promise of a timely turnover of my megaworld condo but to my dismay, the project has been delayed for almost 2 years with no update from the developer. Same story like the others as well as my friends who purchased their condos in other locations --- I sent the contract to buy and sell and I never received a notarized or even an acknowledgement, no update re the delayed turnover of unit which was supposedly on 2015, 3rd replacement of the sales exec, poor communication and am hoping that the steep price can live up to the quality of their condo which will hopefully be finished this year!

Omg same thing happened to me from the sales exec to the contract! They lost it so i suggest u get in touch with their finance.

Even the amount changed.

Sold 2 of my Ayala condos in place of 1 unit in Newport which was supposedly turned over back in 2015! Have u filed a complaint?
