MEGAWORLD didn't even have my documentation for my unit not until the turnover date--- for 5 years of investing to our property.

And yet, we were informed that when 'collectibles' are due, BE VERY AWARE... they mean PENALTY CHARGE, from March 8, 2018. Imagine, we were billed P403,323.33 already..nearly half a million???

And yet, it was since November 2017 that I was asking for the Statement of our Account.

We pay monthly without MISS and yet we have been billed for a penalty Megaworld can't even explain?

Turnover for Savoy was scheduled to be last MAY 2016...what year are we at now? 2018...what about loss of earnings?

I AM VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY how my investment is being handled.

Is there any complaints department or a contact person for complaints with this Savoy Hotel Units???

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: WAIVE OFF PENALTY IMPOSED ON MY UNIT.

Megaworld is capitalist bad management never again!!!!!

When I had billing issues before, I sent emails first to the admin staff. Since she wasn't able to assist me, I sent emails to those who gave us their calling cards during unit inspection and turnover.

Initially, they were also not helpful but since I didn't stop in bugging them and giving them proofs that I shouldn't be charged for those, my billing concern that time was resolved. Sad to say that the one who had been helpful seemed to be not working anymore at Megaworld. Maybe you can raise your concern to Ms. Litao.
